1px;">按照属地负责原则，在做好集中屠宰、冷鲜供应等配套保障的前提下，禁止区域内主城各区现有的活禽交易和商业性宰杀点原则上<strong>在1个月内完成取缔</strong>，其他区县<strong>在今年内完成取缔</strong>，同时要建立长效机制，坚决防止反弹。禁止区域外的活禽交易和商业性宰杀点可根据实际科学设定。</span></section><section 1px;">除了规定禁止活禽交易场所，《指导意见》还要求提升禽类集中屠宰能力。对已取得合法经营资质的生猪屠宰厂，可增设具有物理隔离条件的禽类屠宰车间，扩大产能。主城各区范围内原则上不再新建禽类集中屠宰厂，其他区县可根据需要，科学规划建设禽类集中屠宰厂（设计年屠宰活禽原则上不少于1000万只），在乡镇农贸市场设置活禽集中交易和宰杀区，满足市场供应和长远发展需要。</span></section><p
