27.2px;">作为专利申请人，首先，要对所要申请专利的技术内容进行认真的检索分析，一方面是明白自己的发明创造的创新点到底是什么，以便于有针对性的加以保护；另一方面便于分析并确定专利申请的类别、数量，有利于进行专利布局；其次，在撰写技术交底书和相关技术资料时，尽可能结合现有技术状况，重点说明针对发明目的的技术方案；第三，按照法律规定确定专利申请的主体，即专利申请人，同时要确定专利的发明人，专利申请人可以是单位，也可以是个人，既可以是多个单位，也可以是单位和个人作为共同的申请人，发明人可以是多人；第四，要仔细审查并确定专利申请文件，明白专利的保护主题和范围是什么；第五，按照专利法规定，递交专利申请并缴纳费用，等待审查并答复审查意见，并在获得《专利授权通知书》后缴纳费用。</span><span
