34px;">永川区司法局把《中华人民共和国社区矫正法》的学习宣传作为全局当前和今后一个时期的重要任务，采用“学习教育+定期考试”的方式，确保全员刑罚执行认识到位。一是抓好社区矫正工作者学习。每人配发一本条文和释义，每月组织一次主题学习会，每季度组织1次考试，以此加强理解和执行。二是抓好社区矫正对象广泛宣传。各中队结合辖区实际，组织社区矫正对象集中学习或微信学习，做好学习笔记，写好心得体会，进一步增强社区矫正工作的权威性和规范性。三是抓好“线上线下”宣传。各司法所利用赶场日在辖区发放《社区矫正法》宣传资料， 14px;">监督管理是社区矫正工作的一项硬任务。为提高监管的实时性、可靠性和有效性，永川区司法局自主开发社区矫正工作汇报数据收集系统，包含走访、定位抽查、违规信息检查、周、月工作情况，业务备案等方面，对社区矫正对象的各类信息做到及时有效掌握。每天通过运用“重庆市社区矫正信息化管理平台”查看社区矫正对象是否有越界现象，是否有定位手机关闭告警，综合运用数据分析、定位核查、实地走访等形式判断社区矫正对象是否有违规现象，并将处理情况和是否扣分佐证通过汇报数据收集系统进行上传审核。同时要求社区矫正执法活动必须启用执法记录仪，提高社区矫正工作执法规范化水平。</span></p><p></p><p></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
