!important;">首要的原因,依然与“学生”这一教育对象有关。多年前,我曾经参与过某省“特级教师后备班”的培训,培训策划者和组织者对我抱怨不已:已经走到“特级教师”门前的这群教师,既不认真听讲,也不好好读书:上课看手机,改作业,课后打麻将,比酒量……她最后的总结式“吐槽”让我浑身一震:怎么就看不到这些老师有“好奇心”呢?由此产生的疑虑是:为什么他们没有好奇心?症结不是因为接受的培训太多,听的报告太多,书读的太多,产生了“审美疲劳”,以致“麻木不仁”、“无动于衷”,出现了“培训疲劳综合征”。在根子上,是因为他们失去了“好奇心”。类似陈寅恪、钱钟书这样的真正的读书人,即使“读书早已破万卷”,但依然每天沉迷于书本之中,因为“好奇心”始终与他们的生命同在,他们拥有持续终身的“好奇心”。从这个角度看,“终身学习”就是“终身好奇”,终身好奇是终身学习的内在动力。</span></p></section><section !important;">如果教书和教学,只是为了分数、文凭、帽子,如果教师潜意识里把自己预设为“操作工人”,在“方法的好奇”的支配下,心里只有上手即可用的教学流程、工具和方法,全部心思都用在对“如何操作”的追寻上,陷进日复一日、年复一年的重复性操作劳动的不断循环之中,到了最后,“操作”就变成了一种没有灵魂的身体惯性,如同被按钮化的自动化机器,无需动脑,甚至无需情感,只需动嘴发出指令、动手启动按钮即可。长此以往,“好奇”自然就会从生命中逐渐流失……这就是传统教育的两大弊端:在学生那里,是死记硬背、大量做题式的学习,在教师这里,是机械地重复某一程式化、模式化的教学操作流程与方法,共同的结果是:学生失去了学习的好奇心,教师失去了教学的好奇心。</span></p><p !important;">为适应,甚至无原则、无条件地迎合教师的操作需要,全部的培训重心都放在教师的知识、技能和技术上,较少关注想象力,更少关注好奇心。尽管“方法的好奇”也是教师好奇心的一部分,但不能用“方法的好奇”替代、淹没了其它类型、其它层次的好奇,而且“方法的好奇”是最低层次的好奇,是“好奇之树”中的枝叶,而不是树干,更不是根基,如果只聚焦或落脚于“方法层面的惊奇”,就是“舍本逐末”,最终也会失去“方法的惊奇”,——毕竟,一味地机械重复性操作,丧失了新颖性和挑战性,随之而来的必然是“厌倦”或“倦怠”。这是很多教师所遭遇的常态困境的根源:更多教学,更多培训,带来的是更多厌倦,更少好奇、新奇与惊奇。于是,好奇心与想象力一样,成为当代教师最稀缺的品质和素养。</span></p><p
