15px;">基金成立不久，就为我院的一名患者送去了温暖。一名65岁的男性患者张某，今年7月因跌倒致头颈部疼痛，双上肢无力入住我院骨科，经完善检查，诊断为颈椎骨折脱位伴不全性截瘫，需行手术治疗，手术费用需要数万元。患者本来就是一个左下肢缺如的残疾人，因家庭条件十分困难，无力承担治疗费用。</span><span style="color: #3f3f3f;font-size: 15px;">骨科彭志财主任详细了解患者的情况后，为助其渡过难关，第一时间想到并联系了“永川区中医院‘520’慈善关爱基金”的管理单位——永川区慈善总会。经过永川区慈善总会详细全面的评估，我院同意从“520”慈善关爱基金中捐出3万元的医疗费用，让患者顺利进行手术，康复出院。</span><br/></p><section style="letter-spacing:
