43);"><strong>排放的污染物浓度值全部达到环保税减免优惠标准</strong></span>，2019年环保税纳税额下降到473万元，下降幅度达43.5%。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;letter-spacing: 1px;line-height: normal;"><br/></p><p
