2px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;color: #000000;">在听取了2020年永川区生态环境工作的情况汇报后，辛世杰对永川区坚定有力推进环保工作给予充分肯定。他指出，<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);"><strong>全市生态环境质量持续向好，污染防治攻坚战取得决定性进展，达到近年来最好水平，山清水秀美丽之地建设成效显著</strong></span>。截至2020年底，长江干流重庆段水质为优，长江支流全面消除劣Ⅴ类水质断面，42个国考断面水质优良比例为100%；空气质量显著改善，首次达到国家的二级标准。永川区坚持生态优先、绿色发展，深入推进“五大环保行动”，大力开展污染防治攻坚，生态文明建设和环境保护工作取得积极成效。特别是纵深实施临江河流域综合治理，<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);"><strong>推动流域水质从劣Ⅴ类提升到了Ⅲ类</strong></span>，工作经验作为重庆唯一生态环保实践范例在全国推广，为全市生态环境质量全面提升作出了积极贡献。</span><span style="color: #000000;font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;caret-color: red;">下一步，要准确把握“十四五”时期生态环境保护工作所面临的新形势、新要求，扎实开展减污降碳工作，加快形成绿色生产方式和生活方式，推动经济结构绿色转型，实现减污降碳协同效应，力求迈好第一步，见到新气象。要加快建设环境智能感知大科学设施，有序推进项目前期工作，不断补起环保基础设施短板，切实提升川渝两地生态环境监管能力。要持续做好截污治污与生态修复工作，突出精准治污、科学治污、依法治污，推动成渝地区双城经济圈生态共建环境共保，努力在推进长江经济带绿色发展中发挥更大作用、展现更大作为。</span></p><p
