16px;">活动中，我院肾内科主任高祖玲为此次肾友会精心准备了《继发性甲亢科普教育》知识讲座，她从钙磷平衡、甲状旁腺激素对身体影响等方面进行了全面细致地科普和讲解，怎样摄取高优质蛋白、高热量、高维生素食物，怎样更好的控制水分摄入，这些内容让肾友和家属都听得非常投入。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 16px;">此外，肾病科邀请到我院营养科谢颖主任来到活动现场，给肾友们进行透析人群饮食与营养搭配的指导，谢主任围绕透析患者的饮食管理作了详细的介绍，让肾友们懂得了如何低钾低盐低磷高蛋白饮食，肾友和家属们都听得很投入，很多肾友还认真记笔记、拍照并踊跃提问，都得到了医护人员的耐心解答。最后谢主任向肾友们分享了营养科专门为肾病患者研制的高蛋白饮品—“养乐透”，大家都争相尝试。</span></p><section 16px;">活动尾声，肾病科医护人员组织开展了有奖问答环节，全场肾友涌跃参与，积极答题。在轻松、活跃的气氛中巩固了透析知识。不仅如此，病友间相互的交流也非常热烈，有些老病号讲述了自己从得知患病后的绝望到如今笑对病魔的乐观，其中离不开医护人员的精心护理和耐心的心理疏导，他们鼓励所有病友树立积极、乐观、向上的心态，调整情绪，配合治疗。最重要的是，医患之间欢聚一堂，进行热烈的互动，也让他们感受到了血液净化大家庭的温暖。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section
