212);"><strong>一是要把握时间节点，加快工作进度。</strong></span>此次清理工作时间紧、任务重，各责任部门要切实增强紧迫感，在规定的时间节点内保质保量完成工作任务；<span style="color: rgb(84, 141, 212);"><strong>二是要明确职责分工，形成工作合力。</strong></span>清理工作坚持“谁负责，谁清理”“谁实施，谁清理”原则，各责任部门既要工作落实到位，责任落实到人，又要树立“一盘棋”意识，加强协调配合；<span style="color: rgb(84, 141,
