2px;">磁共振以前叫做“核磁共振”，因为大家一听到有“核”就害怕，所以为避免大家产生不必要的误会，现在都叫做磁共振啦。它其实是一种氢质子核磁共振，简单讲就是被检查的组织细胞内的氢原子核，在强大的磁场作用下发生了共振的现象并通过仪器把共振的轨迹记录下来，再通过高能电子计算机对数据进行重建，从而形成用于临床诊断的影像。整个过程不存在辐射，所以不管做几次都不会有辐射啦。如果是做的普通平扫，做完当时如果没有异常的话，就没有需要特别注意的，只需要记的取片和报告就好啦。当然如果你是做的增强磁共振，也不需要担心，我们现在所使用的磁共振对比剂也是非常安全的，已经普遍应用于临床，绝大数患者做完是没有什么异常感觉的，患者回去后可以多饮水，让对比剂随着尿液排泄出去，有些特殊患者不能多饮水的话等待身体自然代谢也是可以的。</span></p><p><br/></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br/></p><section><section “嘟嘟嘟”的声音，声音比较大，很多人会觉得这个声音很吓人，大家不必惊慌，这个声音是磁共振检查过程中正常发生的声音，现阶段是无法避免的。人们在检查的过程中所听到的噪音主要是磁共振的梯度场的切换造成的，梯度场越强的设备，磁共振的噪音也越大。这个问题也是长期困扰磁共振的一个问题。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span 2px;">不过虽然磁共振声音很大，但是也是在安全范围内的，而且我院现在所使用的联影最新umr1.5T高场磁共振，声音相比很多其他磁共振声音已经小了很多，是不会给人体和听力带来什么损害的。并且一般进行磁共振检查时，我们工作人员都会对检查者采取一些保护措施，如戴耳机和耳塞等，医生也会提前告知患者检查时会出现噪声。</span></p><p style="line-height:
