<p style="margin-top: 32px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: medium; line-height: 32px; font-family: Microsoft Yahei; color: rgb(64, 64, 64); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">近日，《永川区既有住宅增设电梯工作暂行方案》政策解读暨交流培训会召开，规范既有住宅增设电梯手续办理，进一步推进我区既有住宅增设电梯工作。</p><p style="margin-top: 32px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: medium; line-height: 32px; font-family: Microsoft Yahei; color: rgb(64, 64, 64); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">会上，区规划和自然资源局相关人员就适用范围、实施主体、资金筹措、实施步骤等内容详细解读了《永川区既有住宅增设电梯工作暂行方案》，并就资料准备、资料审核、现场踏勘、组织公示等申请受理操作流程进行了细致地说明，此外还进行了现场答疑。</p><p style="margin-top: 32px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: medium; line-height: 32px; font-family: Microsoft Yahei; color: rgb(64, 64, 64); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"></p><p style="margin-top: 32px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: medium; line-height: 32px; font-family: Microsoft Yahei; color: rgb(64, 64, 64); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">据悉，凡是永川区行政区域内，4层及以上未设电梯的住宅外墙增设电梯，应当符合下列条件：房屋已办理房地产权，且未纳入征收范围和拆迁计划；申请人就增设电梯工程费用分摊达成书面协议；增设电梯用地应当位于住宅建设用地范围内；增设电梯后，建（构）筑物之间的间距应当满足国家工程建设消防技术标准；增设电梯应确保现状建筑结构安全。不符合上述条件，但根据实际情况确有必要增设的，经属地镇街初审并报相关部门会审同意后，可列为增设对象。增设电梯产生的费用由业主自筹资金解决，自筹资金不足的，可按程序申请物业专项维修资金。区政府对实施电梯增设的既有住宅，待安装验收合格后，补助5万元/台，且每台电梯施工图审查机构审查费由区政府购买服务。同时，还鼓励社会资金参与增设电梯工程，并可以按规定申请提取住房公积金。</p><p style="margin-top: 32px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: medium; line-height: 32px; font-family: Microsoft Yahei; color: rgb(64, 64, 64); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">经对全区物业管理小区4层及4层以上住宅无电梯情况的初步调查，目前已有37个物管公司反馈了无电梯的相关信息，约108个物管小区有未安装电梯的住宅，共计约2081个住宅单元。截至2月底，区规划和自然资源局共计接受增设电梯申请216件，进入审批流程181件，现已完成122件增设电梯工程规划许可证核发。</p><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.yongchuantong.com/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v133_CpU" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
