#595959;">会上，局政治处主任郭毅汇报了机构改革后区司法局的机构设置、人员编制、党组织建设、法律服务机构等基本情况，简要汇报了工作开展情况，重点介绍了依托“让学习成为习惯”“让理性成为风尚”“让和谐成为常态”“让纪律成为自觉”四个抓手加强干部队伍建设情况。局党委委员、副局长宁长和简要汇报了社区矫正“队建制”改革相关情况以及社区矫正工作目前存在的主要问题。</span></p><p #595959;">座谈会上，黄永健指出，机构改革后区司法局的责任更大，对履职能力要求更高。一是准确把握新时代司法行政机关的政治定位。重新组建的区司法局，同时具有政治机关、政法机关、法治机关、行政机关四重属性，这是新时代司法行政机关的政治定位。区司法局将紧紧围绕这一政治定位，推动司法行政工作砥砺前行。二是准确把握新时代司法行政机关的职能定位。新组建的区司法局，形成了“一个统筹、四大职能”的工作布局。具体来讲，机构改革后，区司法局的主要职能有依法治区的统筹协调、依法决策的参谋助手、行政执法的具体指导和监督、政府法律事务的办理、法律服务市场的管理、公共法律服务、刑事执行等。三是准确把握新时代司法行政机关的工作定位。全区司法行政系统要围绕“一创四做”的目标，勇于担当、敢于担当、善于担当，奋力开创司法行政工作新局面。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><p
