0);">南大街人民调解委员会接到该申请后，连夜赶赴现场约见死者家属和承建商负责人，力促纠纷快速解决。现场气氛非常紧张，死者曾某家属因为失去亲人而情绪特别激动，且人数众多。调委会工作人员、南大街司法所所长刘万伦到达现场后了解到，死者曾某早年离异，身边有一位80余岁老父亲需要赡养，还有一名未成年儿子需要抚养。曾某在工地上务工赚取的费用是家庭的主要经济来源，曾某的离去对于这个家庭来说是一种致命的打击。死者家属在悲痛之余希望能够获得更多的补偿来维持后续的家庭生活。他们对承建商赔偿的金额不满，因而产生纠纷。</span></p><section 0);">了解情况后，刘万伦依据《工伤保险条例》第十五条关于“职工有下列情形之一的，视同工伤：（一）在工作时间和工作岗位，突发疾病死亡或者在48小时之内经抢救无效死亡的；”的规定，认为曾某在工地现场突发疾病送医后经抢救无效死亡应被认定为工伤，并根据《工伤保险条例》的相关规定计算出了死者家属应获得的工伤保险赔偿金额。结合曾某家的实际情况，刘万伦又单独与承建商负责人谈话，对他晓之以理、动之以情，经过七个多小时的调解，最终双方达成协议，承建商按人民调解协议约定全额支付了赔偿款。</span></p><section
