1px;">实行垃圾分类，科学统筹和狠抓“三混”“三端”是关键。永川区在管理上打通分类全链条水平，深入开展生活垃圾“混投、混收、混运”专项整治，高水准提升末端处置能力，按照“1+3+n”思路，依托静脉产业园，健全焚烧发电、渗滤液、厨余处理中心末端处置体系。2023年被住建委评为垃圾分类宣传教育基地。进一步打造固废减量化、资源化、无害化“无废永川”新模式。</span></p><p></p><section 1px;">值得一提的是，永川充分发挥职业教育优势，提升分类智慧能力“以智促治”，提高居民参与度和分类准确率。由职教中心首创设计制作的垃圾分类智能投放小机器人“小海棠”已正式投用；强化数字赋能，积极依托CRP智慧分类系统，搭建永川区垃圾分类共享示范平台，充分调动由社区党员、网格员、群众志愿者参与的全区2200余名垃圾分类桶边指导员，“掌上”“线下”普及垃圾分类知识，全区垃圾分类工作提质增实效。</span></section><section 1px;">此外，求新思变打造永川特色品牌，创建“垃圾分类·永川阿姨在行动”志愿服务品牌，通过主题广场舞、快闪文艺作品、组建巡卫队、茶竹红领巾等活动。充分利用西部职教基地的优势，联合在永大中专院校组建“洁小青”志愿服务工作站，现已有852个团支部累计开展志愿服务活动2000余次，居民垃圾分类习惯逐渐养成，垃圾分类“新时尚”转化为“新日常”。</span></section><section
