2.5em;text-indent: 2.2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">目前，我区各单位、各镇街正对照《垃圾分类先锋创建评价指标》，大力推动创建工作。区城市管理局作为牵头部门，也精心编制了《重庆市永川区垃圾分类先锋创建指导手册》，全面梳理了先锋创建工作中各个流程，以便于帮助各单位更准确、更清晰、更高效地开展先锋创建工作。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2.5em;text-indent: 2.2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">创建过程中，区城市管理局将持续加大生活垃圾分类全过程监管执法力度，紧紧抓住问题易发多发的重点区域和关键环节，对混投、混收、混运“三混”等违法行为采取“严查+重惩”的顶格式执法，用好信用惩戒机制，提升分类质效。同时，区城市管理局牵头成立由各行业主管部门和镇街组成的联合督导检查组，开展全方位、不间断督查，确保各项创建工作落细落实，确保实现责任落实百分百、宣传发动百分百、设施达标百分百、先锋培育百分百、督导检查百分百。</span></p><p
