科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力。近年来，永川区委、区政府深入贯彻习近平总书记关于科技创新的重要论述，牢牢抓住科技创新“牛鼻子”，着力构建“412”科技创新战略布局，深入推进“663”行动计划，持续培优科技创新主体，提升科技创新平台，转化科技创新成果，优化科技人才生态，培育市级以上科技平台132个、高层次人才477名，高新技术企业282家，科技型企业1700余家，获评全国首批“科创中国”试点城市、创新驱动示范市、国家知识产权试点城市，科技创新的蓬勃发展为经济社会高质量发展注入澎湃动能。全区广大科技工作者不畏艰难、无私奉献，刻苦钻研、锐意进取，积极投身经济社会发展主战场，围绕创新平台建设、项目技术攻关、科研成果转化、科学知识普及做了大量卓有成效的工作，为永川经济社会高质量发展注入了强劲动能、增添了澎湃动力。</span></section><section
