0);">“制冷空调系统安装维修只是电子专业教学的一个小部分内容。为了更好地掌握制冷空调专业领域知识技能，促进学校教学内容与行业专业技能深度融合，我审慎思考后主动报名参赛，想与全国行业顶尖高手过一下招。”谭千盛报名参赛的勇气，来源于实力和自信。“大奖是个人的荣誉，也是学校的荣誉。可以说是团队完美的配合和高效的运作，才最终成就了大奖。”</span></section><p 该校十分重视专业教学团队建设，既提倡发挥个人所长，又重视融合团队力量。电子专业部的每一名教师都非常优秀，他们是各个专业方向的佼佼者，都能独当一面。为充分利用仅有的一个月备赛时间，电子专业部整合专业力量，安排杨波、向军两位青年骨干教师鼎力支持谭千盛备赛，就制冷空调系统安装接线等问题，展开共同探讨。电子专业部部长王鸿君表示，无论是教师类还是学生类职业技能大赛，赛的就是专业技能，赛的就是熟练程度。为让教师、学生拥有一流的专业技能，学校总是积极支持专业部购买各种专业设备。无论是价值几十万元的工业机器人，还是铜管、电线等耗材，都大力支持。</span></p><p 1.5px;">王鸿君告诉记者，学校领导从顶层设计上积极支持教师、学生参加各级各类职业技能大赛，历来对参赛教师、学生都十分关心。“谭千盛老师从接到比赛通知到参赛，仅有一个月准备时间，为了能做好赛前准备工作，学校领导非常关心谭千盛老师的准备情况，主动帮助谭千盛老师调课，解除他的后顾之忧。”为拓展巩固专业技术技能，熟悉不同设备和模拟参赛环境，学校多途径联系相关职业学校，让谭千盛到相关职业院校训练，进一步做好赛前准备。从报名参赛开始，谭千盛就可以全身心投入到实验室里做研究。</span></section><section 据了解，永川职教中心紧扣地方产业发展培养人才，开设了加工制造、信息技术、交通运输、环境资源等9个大类16个专业。其中电子技术应用、计算机应用、建筑工程施工、服装设计与工艺是国家示范专业，电子技术应用、学前教育、汽车制造与检修、工业机器人应用专业是重庆市重点、特色、骨干、紧缺骨干专业。为适应永川国家高新区智能制造产业发展需求，学校实施了中德合作教育项目（数控技术方向），采用“双元制”工学交替模式培养高端技术人才；与园区长城汽车公司合作，共建永川区汽修公共实训基地；根据国家三大攻坚战的需要，新增环境监测技术专业，创造了重庆市中职学校的唯一。</span></p><p 该校作为重庆（永川）职教基地的核心成员单位，通过以赛促技提升教师、学生专业能力，积极为地方产业基础高级化、产业链现代化提供强力支撑。近三年，该校为重庆信息产业输送学生1200余人次，为永川区智能制造、信息技术等重点产业输送学生1500余人次。2019年，为区内重点企业长城汽车公司输送员工655人次，占区内职业学校用工60%以上，担起了长城汽车生产的主力军。学校还是重庆市建筑行业培训基地。2019年至2020学年，区域内建筑行业培训人次3000余人次，为本地企业开展员工培训及村社扶贫培训1000余人次，充分发挥了职业教育服务地方经济发展的作用。</span></p><p
