男子谎称帮朋友介绍对象 一人分饰两角诈骗其数万元

font-family: Microsoft Yahei; color: rgb(64, 64, 64); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">自2018年始，在职高就读的杜某利用小韩单纯忠厚的本性和多年来对其的信任，在QQ上以一名陌生年轻女子的身份加小韩为好友，两人开始网聊。随后“女网友”故意找茬，威胁小韩。杜某则谎称该女子的男友系社会知名“袍哥”，使其心生畏惧。随后，杜某以花钱托朋友摆平此事、找人报复该女子为借口，从2018年至2019年间多次让小韩通过支付宝转账，共诈骗其1.5万元人民币。</p><p style="margin-top: 32px; color: rgb(64, 64, 64); white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">2019年起，杜某谎称给小韩介绍女友，用另外一QQ号申请加小韩好友。随后，杜某再次一人演双簧，冒充女性在网上和小韩“恋爱”，一唱一和，让小韩深信不疑。杜某假扮的女性先后以父亲得病继续治疗、母亲去世需要丧葬费、卖房子需要中介费等理由，让小韩14次通过支付宝转账，共诈骗其1.7万元人民币。</p><p style="margin-top: 32px;
