15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">一、遴选名额</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">二、遴选对象和条件</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（一）遴选对象</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">永川区内已进行公务员登记（参照登记）备案且在编在岗的一级主任科员及以下或相当层次职级公务员。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（二）遴选条件</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">1．具有良好的政治、业务素质，实绩突出，清正廉洁。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2．年度考核没有基本称职以下等次。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">3．具有正常履行职责的身体条件及心理条件。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">4.年龄35周岁及以下（1986年6月及以后出生）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">5．具备遴选职位所要求的其他资格条件。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">报名人员应符合规定的最低服务年限要求；没有规定的，须在现单位工作2年及以上。选调生的基层锻炼年限按照有关规定执行。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">具有下列情形之一的，不得参加此次遴选：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（1）被开除中国共产党党籍的。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（2）被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（3）涉嫌违纪违法正在接受有关专门机关审查调查尚未作出结论的。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（4）受到诫勉、组织处理或者党纪政务处分等影响期未满或者期满影响使用的。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（5）按照有关规定，到乡镇机关、艰苦边远地区以及定向单位工作未满最低服务年限或者对转任有其他限制性规定的。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（6）尚在试用期或者提拔担任领导职务未满1年的。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（7）法律法规规定的其他情形。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">工作经历等计算时间截止报名开始日。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">报名人员不得报考任职后即构成公务员法第七十四条第一款所列情形的遴选职位，也不得报考与本人有夫妻关系、直系血亲关系、三代以内旁系血亲关系以及近姻亲关系的人员担任领导成员的用人单位的职位。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">三、遴选程序</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（一）报名</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">报名方式：现场报名。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">报名时间：2022年6月30日（星期四），上午9:00—12:00，下午2:00—5:00。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">报名地点：区委组织部公务员科（区人民大道191号三楼312办公室）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">报名人员需经单位党委（党工委、党组）同意推荐，且只能选择一个符合条件的职位报名。报名时须同时提供以下材料：本人身份证、学历学位证书（均需提供原件及复印件1份）、近期一寸免冠照片2张、职位要求的其他证明材料、《报名推荐表》（附件2）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（二）资格审查</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">报名人员应对所提供材料的真实性负责，区委组织部就报名人员提供材料进行资格审查，通过资格审查人员方可参加遴选。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">各职位通过资格审查人员数与遴选计划人数的比例一般为3：1。达不到规定比例的，经区委组织部商用人单位研究可降低比例或减少指标，不能形成有效竞争的，取消职位。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">各职位资格审查通过结果和笔试通知书领取时间、地点将于报名次日通过永川区人民政府网（http://yc.cq.gov.cn/)公布。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（三）笔试</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">笔试由区委组织部组织，笔试具体时间、地点见笔试通知书。笔试科目为《综合知识考试》，笔试成绩分值为100分，笔试合格分数线为60分。笔试合格者方可进入下一环节。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（四）面试</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">面试由区委组织部会同相关部门组织开展。总分值为100分，面试合格分数线为60分，成绩当场公布。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">按3：1的比例，分职位从笔试合格人员中按成绩由高到低依次确定进入面试人选。若进入面试人员最后一名笔试成绩并列，则并列进入面试。达不到规定比例的，经区委组织部商用人单位可降低比例或减少指标，不能形成有效竞争的，取消职位。参加面试人数与计划录用人数比例低于2︰1的职位，面试成绩应达到70分及以上方可进入下一环节。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">面试通知书领取时间和地点将于笔试5日后在永川区人民政府网（http://yc.cq.gov.cn/）通知。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">不按规定时间、地点参加面试者视为自动放弃。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">总成绩=笔试成绩×50%+面试成绩×50%。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（五）考察</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">考察实行差额考察，不能形成有效竞争的，取消职位。考察人选从面试合格人选中按同一职位报考者总成绩从高分到低分的顺序确定。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">考察参照《关于做好公务员录用考察工作的通知》《重庆市公务员录用考察办法》等规定执行。考试综合成绩不带入考察环节。考察以及后续各环节出现缺额的，均不递补。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">（六）确定拟遴选人员和公示</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">遴选单位根据考察情况，经遴选单位集体研究后确定拟遴选人员，拟遴选人员名单在永川区人民政府网公示5个工作日。公示期满，对无问题或反映问题不影响遴选的人员，按照有关规定办理转任手续。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">四、特别提醒</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;">考生要严格落实常态化疫情防控要求，做好个人防护，按规定佩戴口罩，自觉服从考试组织机构疫情防控工作安排。持有考试当天前2日内核酸检测阴性证明或能够出示健康通行码“绿码”的，在测温正常且做好个人防护的前提下可以参加考试。瞒报、谎报人员将承担法律责任。具体健康管理措施由考试组织机构根据疫情防控工作要求及时动态调整。</span></p><p
