爱宠被咬伤，主张精神损害赔偿能获支持吗？

red;">法院查明，2022年5月2日，张某前往永川某公园遛宠物犬柯基，与在该公园遛大型犬阿拉斯加的石某相遇。当时阿拉斯加未栓绳子、未戴嘴套，发现柯基后便上前袭击，随即被两人阻止。后张某将柯基送往动物诊所进行诊疗，产生治疗费3853元。事后，张某多次找到石某协商赔偿事宜均无果，遂诉至法院，要求石某支付因治疗柯基支出的费用，并赔偿精神损失费5000元。</span></p><p #000000;">被告石某辩称，阿拉斯加凶了柯基后便被牵开，当时听说柯基只是破皮流血，张某未让其查看伤情便携犬离开。故不认可诊疗费，也不认可精神损失费。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;vertical-align: inherit;line-height: 2.5em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="background-color: transparent;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em;color: #000000;">法院经审理认为，结合现有证据可以对柯基被阿拉斯加咬伤的事实予以确认。<strong><span style="background-color: transparent;font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em;color: #0070c0;">本案中，石某携大型犬外出，未栓犬链且未戴嘴套，违反管理规定，并导致柯基被咬伤，其作为饲养管理人依法应当承担赔偿责任。根据《中华人民共和国民法典》之规定，侵害自然人人身权益造成严重精神损害的，被侵权人有权请求精神损害赔偿。柯基只是张某的一般宠物犬，不具有人身意义，故张某请求赔偿精神损失费没有事实依据。</span></strong></span></p><p
